Order Processing Time

All of our products are made to order and fulfilled by Tapstitch, our print-on-demand partner.

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days

  • This includes production, quality checks, and packaging

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • United States: 7–14 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note: These are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs delays, carrier issues, or peak seasons.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Promotions or free shipping offers (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at surfcoshaka@gmail.com within 7 days so we can assist you.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with Tapstitch to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
